Expansion of an existing hotel into a former store with rooftop and gable extension to provide 12 further rooms and reception area. The site lies at the edge of Kirkwall Town Center's Conservation Area and the extension now forms the principal aspect of the building facing the key surrounding street. There is an exciting mix of rooms and suites taking their design inspiration from the Orcadian landscapes, flora and fauna.
