Leask provided Architectural and Project Management services for Edinburgh's flagship branch of Glasgow based Gordon Street Coffee, in collaboration with RYE Studio interior designers and Hugh Stirling Ltd. This boutique coffee shop offers in-house roasted coffee and chocolates from Scotland's Highland Chocolatier. It forms part of the ground floor of the award winning Market Street Hotel, opened in 2019. Photography by GG Archibald.
