This Grade B listed former warehouse is within Edinburgh's exciting regeneration waterfront zone of Granton. Our client required Planning, LBC and a Building Warrant for the creation of 4 unique dwellings within this handsome and rhytmetically subdivided warehouse. The project was completed in 2015.
